The Villa
From the first moment you pass the entrance of the villa you will understand that it is not just a house to spend your holidays. In all its areas, it has been completely renovated recently and essential luxury has been emphasized. Ιnternally consists of two bedrooms , two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with luxurious living room and lounge area with 55 inch satellite TV.

The Garden
Because summer and holidays are associated with the outdoor spaces and the environment of the villa, we have put special emphasis on this point.
An important part for us is the garden, which has a large area with grass and various small trees around the perimeter, such as cypress, banana, lotus, pomegranate, apple trees.
The garden area is complemented by the fully equipped barbecue with grill and wood-burning oven, where a large grape arbor provides shade to the area.

Heated pool with jacuzzi
Incredible view! This is the impression that all our guests have once they are at this particular spot.
Our pool is designed and installed in such a way that you can enjoy the view, the sun and the sea in the background.
Its dimension is 3m by 6m and 1m deep. The pool is equipped with a four person jacuzzi - hydromassage and the water is heated.
The space is completed by an outdoor shower and wooden deckchairs with comfortable pillows.

Kitchen
The kitchen area has all the necessary electrical appliances required to qualify as a fully equipped kitchen.
It has an oven and induction cooking rings, a microwave oven. air fryer, kettle, toaster, juicer, automatic espresso coffee machine and French coffee maker.
The equipment is completed by a large two-door refrigerator that has an external supply of filtered chilled water equiped with ice machine producing cubed or crushed ice.
The space has a large table where you can enjoy your lunch or dinner.
Bedroom #1
It consists of a Queen size double bed 1.6m wide by 2m long with a comfortable award-winning mattress.
The room is complemented by a large wardrobe, air conditioning, a 32-inch TV and a bathroom.
Natural lighting is available during the day through the large balcony door which has direct access to the garden.

Bedroom #2
It consists of two 0.9m wide by 2m long single beds with comfortable award-winning mattresses, which can be used either as two singles independently, or as a large 1.8m wide by 2m long King size double bed.
The room is complemented by a large wardrobe, air conditioning, 40 inch TV and exit to the main bathroom and living room.
Also, natural lighting is available during the day through the large window which faces the garden.
